No-bake brownie bites

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Pillsbury Rich & Moist Fudge Brownie Mix
⅔ cup Milk
½ cup Butter
1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 cups Quick-Cooking Oats
1 cup M&Ms Plain Chocolate Candy Or Reese's Pieces

1. Line cookie sheets with waxed paper. In large saucepan, combine brownie mix, milk and butter; cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

2. Add peanut butter and vanilla; blend well. Stir in oats. Carefully stir in candy pieces. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined cookie sheets. Cool 5 minutes or until completely cooled.

6½ dozen cookies.

NOTES : Storage idea: Empty coffee cans ( 1 pound size ) make excellent cookie jars; you can = even freeze cookies inside the cans. Seal the cookies in ziploc bags before = placing in coffee cans.
