In a 2-qt glass bowl, combine chocolate chips and cream. Heat in microwave on High about 2 mins, until chocolate is melted and smooth when stirred. Stir in rum extract and salt; remove ½ cup and set aside. 3. Stir powdered sugar into remaining chocolate mixture until blended. Add reserved chocolate cookie crumbs, marshmallows, and nuts. Mix well.
4. Turn into a buttered 8-inch square baking pan; spread evenly.
Spread reserved ½ cup chocolate mixture over top. Refrigerate until set, at least 1 to 2 hours. Cut into 25 squares.
