Nao's peas & basil salad

Ingredients

| 1 | small | Cucumber -- seeded and sliced |
| 1 | small | Green bell pepper -- seeded and sliced |
| 3 | Green onion -- sliced | |
| ½ | cup | Parsley -- finely chopped |
| ½ | cup | Peas |
| 1 | Head boston lettuce -- bite size pieces | |
| 8 | Pieces red leaf lettuce -- bite size | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Raspberry vinegar |
| ½ | cup | Olive oil |
Directions
Mix the vinegar and oil together in a small container. Add salt and pepper to taste. Gently toss remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl. Swirl on dressing. Gently toss again.
