Measure | Ingredient |

1 \N | Head Napa cabbage; chopped |
4 \N | Green onions; chopped (up to 5) |
2 packs | Raman noodles; crushed (I use rolling pin) |
4 ounces | Sliced almonds; (I use sliced) |
½ \N | Jar Sesame seeds |
½ cup | Margarine |
½ cup | Salad oil |
2 teaspoons | Soy sauce |
½ cup | Sugar |
½ cup | Rice wine vinegar |
\N \N | Mix the dressing ingredients until well-blended. |
DRESSING
Chop the Napa cabbage and toss with green onions.
Saute the noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds in the margarine until lightly browned. Set aside.
Dressing: Mix dressing ingredients together.
Then, toss all ingredients together. Serve immediately Makes 8-10 servings.
