Napa salad

Ingredients

| 1 | Head Napa cabbage; chopped | |
| 4 | Green onions; chopped (up to 5) | |
| 2 | packs | Raman noodles; crushed (I use rolling pin) |
| 4 | ounces | Sliced almonds; (I use sliced) |
| ½ | Jar Sesame seeds | |
| ½ | cup | Margarine |
| ½ | cup | Salad oil |
| 2 | teaspoons | Soy sauce |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| ½ | cup | Rice wine vinegar |
| Mix the dressing ingredients until well-blended. | ||
Directions
DRESSING
Chop the Napa cabbage and toss with green onions.
Saute the noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds in the margarine until lightly browned. Set aside.
Dressing: Mix dressing ingredients together.
Then, toss all ingredients together. Serve immediately Makes 8-10 servings.
