Napa salad

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Head Napa cabbage; chopped
4 \N Green onions; chopped (up to 5)
2 packs Raman noodles; crushed (I use rolling pin)
4 ounces Sliced almonds; (I use sliced)
½ \N Jar Sesame seeds
½ cup Margarine
½ cup Salad oil
2 teaspoons Soy sauce
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Rice wine vinegar
\N \N Mix the dressing ingredients until well-blended.


Chop the Napa cabbage and toss with green onions.

Saute the noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds in the margarine until lightly browned. Set aside.

Dressing: Mix dressing ingredients together.

Then, toss all ingredients together. Serve immediately Makes 8-10 servings.
