Napa salad

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1Head Napa cabbage; chopped
4Green onions; chopped (up to 5)
2packsRaman noodles; crushed (I use rolling pin)
4ouncesSliced almonds; (I use sliced)
½Jar Sesame seeds
½cupMargarine
½cupSalad oil
2teaspoonsSoy sauce
½cupSugar
½cupRice wine vinegar
Mix the dressing ingredients until well-blended.

Directions

DRESSING

Chop the Napa cabbage and toss with green onions.

Saute the noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds in the margarine until lightly browned. Set aside.

Dressing: Mix dressing ingredients together.

Then, toss all ingredients together. Serve immediately Makes 8-10 servings.
