My hamburger soup

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Hamburger
1½ teaspoon Garlic salt
2 smalls Boiling onions; peeled and cut up.
1 \N Beef bullion cube
2 quarts Water
4 \N Potatoes; peeled and cubed (up to 5)
4 \N Carrots; washed and cut into small pieces (up to 5)
1 quart Tomatoes.
½ small Head of cabbage; shredded
1 can (8 oz) of mushrooms
1 teaspoon Basil

brown meat and onions in large pot, add garlic salt, bullion cube and water. add potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, cabbage and musrooms. Cook till all vegetables are tender. add basil and stir, cook 5 minutes longer. This recipe can be frozen.
