2smallsBoiling onions; peeled and cut up.
1Beef bullion cube
2quartsWater
4Potatoes; peeled and cubed (up to 5)
4Carrots; washed and cut into small pieces (up to 5)
1quartTomatoes.
½smallHead of cabbage; shredded
1can(8 oz) of mushrooms
1teaspoonBasil

Directions

brown meat and onions in large pot, add garlic salt, bullion cube and water. add potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, cabbage and musrooms. Cook till all vegetables are tender. add basil and stir, cook 5 minutes longer. This recipe can be frozen.
