Sweetcorn cakes

Ingredients

| 300 | grams | Raw sweetcorn kernels |
| 1 | tablespoon | Curry powder |
| 2 | tablespoons | Rice flour |
| 3 | tablespoons | Wheat flour |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | tablespoons | Light soy sauce |
| Oil for deep frying | ||
| Coriander | ||
| 2 | Cloves garlic; finely chopped | |
| 1 | Chilli; finely chopped | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Rice vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
Directions
SAUCE
In a bowl mix together the ingredients except the oil, stirring well to make a thick dough. Heat the oil. Using a spoon form the dough into small cakes and slide into the hot oil. Deep fry until golden brown, drain and allow to cool.
Sauce: Mix together and serve with the sweetcorn cakes.
