Sweetcorn cakes

Measure Ingredient
300 grams Raw sweetcorn kernels
1 tablespoon Curry powder
2 tablespoons Rice flour
3 tablespoons Wheat flour
½ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Light soy sauce
Oil for deep frying
Coriander
2 Cloves garlic; finely chopped
1 Chilli; finely chopped
2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar

SAUCE

In a bowl mix together the ingredients except the oil, stirring well to make a thick dough. Heat the oil. Using a spoon form the dough into small cakes and slide into the hot oil. Deep fry until golden brown, drain and allow to cool.

Sauce: Mix together and serve with the sweetcorn cakes.
