Mustard dill sauce

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Plain nonfat yogurt
¼ cup Prepared mustard, spicy or dijon
1 teaspoon Dried dill weed
½ teaspoon Onion powder
½ teaspoon Honey

Mix ingredients thoroughly in a small bowl. Serve on vegetables or fish.

Store any remaining sauce in a covered container in the refrigerator.

Yield: 1 cup

I mixed my mustards in this recipe. I used about ½ and ½ plain sandwich mustard and dijon mustard and it still had quite a bite to it. It's a very flavorful sauce that is very good with fish!! Nutritional Information per serving: 12 Calories, .08 grams Fat, 6% Calories from fat, ⅕ mg Cholesterol, 57 mg Sodium, 0 g Dietary fiber.
