Mustard-dill bread

Measure Ingredient
\N \N --1 pound:; 1 1/2 pound:
⅔ cup Water; 1 cup
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard; 1 Tab.
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine; 1T
¾ teaspoon Salt; 1 tsp.
1½ cup Bread flour; 2 1/4 cups
½ cup Whole wheat flour; 3/4 cup
2 tablespoons Nonfat dry milk powder; 3 T
2 teaspoons Packed brown sugar; 1 Tab.
¾ teaspoon Dried dill weed; 1 tsp.
1½ teaspoon Yeast; 2 tsp. for bread machine

Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer, adding mustard with water.

Recommended cycle: Basic/ white bread cycle; medium/ normal color setting.
