Mustard dill yogurt sauce

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Plain nonfat yogurt
¼ cup Prepared mustard; spicy or dijon
1 teaspoon Dried dill weed
½ teaspoon Onion powder
½ teaspoon Honey

Mix ingredients thoroughly in a small bowl. Serve on vegetables or fish.

Store any remaining sauce in a covered container in the refrigerator.
