Sour cream dill sauce

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Egg
1 teaspoon Salt
1 pinch Freshly ground black pepper
1 pinch Sugar
4 teaspoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Grated onion
2 tablespoons Finely cut dill
1½ cup Sour cream

Beat the egg until fluffy and lemon colored. Add the remaining ingredients, blending in the sour cream last. Stir until blended and chill.
