Mushroom saute'

Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Mushrooms |
| ½ | cup | Garlic olive oil |
| ½ | cup | Dry white wine |
| ¼ | pounds | Butter |
| 1 | bunch | Parsley; chopped |
Directions
Slice 1½ pounds of mushrooms ¼ inch thick. Saute in a heavy frying pan with ¼ pound butter, ½ cup garlic olive oil, and 1 bunch of chopped parsley. When half cooked, add ½ cup of dry white wine, cover and cook until tender.
