|½ cup||Chopped mushrooms|
|1½ cup||Hot beef broth|
|½ cup||Chopped onions|
|½ cup||Sweet wine; (sangria)|
|To taste salt|
|To taste pepper|
|To taste paprika|
Saute mushrooms and onions in butter.
Add broth and wine and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
Mix flour with some of the above to remove lumps. Add to sauce and season to taste.
Simmer slowly for a while for flavors to meld.
