Mushrooms in sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Chopped mushrooms
4 tablespoons Butter
1½ cup Hot beef broth
½ cup Chopped onions
½ cup Sweet wine; (sangria)
2 teaspoons Flour
\N \N To taste salt
\N \N To taste pepper
\N \N To taste paprika

Saute mushrooms and onions in butter.

Add broth and wine and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.

Mix flour with some of the above to remove lumps. Add to sauce and season to taste.

Simmer slowly for a while for flavors to meld.
