Mushrooms in sauce

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
½cupChopped mushrooms
4tablespoonsButter
cupHot beef broth
½cupChopped onions
½cupSweet wine; (sangria)
2teaspoonsFlour
To taste salt
To taste pepper
To taste paprika

Directions

Saute mushrooms and onions in butter.

Add broth and wine and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.

Mix flour with some of the above to remove lumps. Add to sauce and season to taste.

Simmer slowly for a while for flavors to meld.
