Sauteed mushrooms

Ingredients

| 6 | tablespoons | Ghee |
| 3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cayenne |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cumin seeds |
| 6 | ounces | Button mushrooms, sliced |
Directions
Melt ghee in a skillet overl ow heat. Add lemon juice, cayenne & cumin seeds. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add mushrooms & saute for 4 to 6 minutes.
