Mushroom sauce

| 2 | tablespoons | Soy margarine | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Onion or shallot; minced | 
| 4 | ounces | Mushrooms; thinly sliced | 
| ¼ | cup | Flour | 
| 2 | cups | Vegetable broth | 
Directions
Heat a heavy bottomed pan and saute the onion and mushrooms in the margarine. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with the flour. Stir well, then slowly add the broth while stirring. Cook until sauce begins to bubble.
Makes about 2 cups.
