Ingredients

1poundsMushroom caps
¼cupButter
½cupWhite wine
3tablespoonsWorcestershire
3tablespoonsSoy sauce
2tablespoonsMinced onion
½teaspoonOregano
Few sprinkles each: garlic salt; rosemary and chopped parsley

Directions

Wipe mushrooms with damp paper towel. Saute 3 minutes in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer gently about 15 minutes.
