Ginger-mushroom saute

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Mushrooms
1 teaspoon Each butter & Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 \N Whole green onions, sliced
2 teaspoons Finely grated gingerroot
\N \N Freshly ground black pepper

1. Clean mushrooms and slice. Set aside. In a large frying pan, heat butter and oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and remaining ingredients. Saute for 3 to 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
