Ginger-mushroom saute

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Mushrooms |
| 1 | teaspoon | Each butter & Vegetable oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
| 2 | Whole green onions, sliced | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Finely grated gingerroot |
| Freshly ground black pepper | ||
Directions
1. Clean mushrooms and slice. Set aside. In a large frying pan, heat butter and oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and remaining ingredients. Saute for 3 to 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
