Ginger-mushroom saute

Ingredients

1teaspoonEach butter & Vegetable oil
1tablespoonSoy sauce
2Whole green onions, sliced
2teaspoonsFinely grated gingerroot
Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

1. Clean mushrooms and slice. Set aside. In a large frying pan, heat butter and oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and remaining ingredients. Saute for 3 to 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
