Mopping sauce for barbecue

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Strong black coffee |
| ½ | cup | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | cup | Tomato catsup |
| ¼ | cup | Butter |
| 1 | tablespoon | Freshly ground black pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Salt |
| Combine all ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Stir | ||

frequently. Store in a tightly covered jar in refrigerator until needed. Heat gently before using*.
