Mopping sauce for barbecue

½ | cup | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | cup | Tomato catsup |
¼ | cup | Butter |
1 | tablespoon | Freshly ground black pepper |
1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
1 | tablespoon | Salt |
Combine all ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Stir |

frequently. Store in a tightly covered jar in refrigerator until needed. Heat gently before using*.
