Measure | Ingredient |

1 \N | Bottle (18-ounce) commercial barbecue sauce with onion bits |
⅔ cup | Firmly packed brown sugar |
½ cup | Burgundy or other dry red wine |
1 teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
1 dash | Hot sauce |
Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Use sauce to baste chicken or lamb when grilling.
