Microwave meat loaf

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Ground beef
⅔ cup Milk
1 Egg
3 tablespoons Onion soup mix
1 teaspoon Worcestshire sauce
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Bread crumbs (optional)
3 tablespoons Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Mustard
3 tablespoons Ketchup

From: Pam and KerryAnn Cobb <priss@...> Date: Mon, 5 Aug 1996 10:28:30 -0500 In 1-½ quart glass loaf pan, combine beef, milk egg, soup mix, Worcestershire and bread crumbs; mix well. It will be moist; press evenly in pan.

Combine brown sugar, mustard and ketcup and spoon over top. Cook covered with wax paper 10 minutes or until done. Let stand covered 5 minutes.
