Yield: 1 loaf
|1 pounds||Ground meat|
|1 cup||Cooked whole millet|
|1 pack||Enchilada sauce (or other|
|\N \N||. spicy sauce mix)|
Combine all ingredients on the baking sheet or in a skillet by making a well in the meat.
Knead into a loaf shape, place in preheated 350 deg. F. oven, and bake for 1 hour. Cool slightly, slice and eat.
