Quick skillet meat loaf

Yield: 1 loaf

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground meat
1 \N Egg
1 cup Cooked whole millet
1 pack Enchilada sauce (or other
\N \N . spicy sauce mix)

Combine all ingredients on the baking sheet or in a skillet by making a well in the meat.

Knead into a loaf shape, place in preheated 350 deg. F. oven, and bake for 1 hour. Cool slightly, slice and eat.
