Meat loaf rings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Lean ground beef
¾ teaspoon Salt
1 \N Beaten egg
¼ teaspoon Pepper
6 \N Crushed soda crackers; or 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
1 \N Cloved minced garlic
¼ cup Chopped green pepper
1 small Minced onion
¼ cup Chopped celery
1 tablespoon Minced parsley
½ cup Tomato juice
¼ cup Catsup

Thoroughly combine all ingredients except catsup. Pack lightly into 9 inch glass cake dish, making a well in the center and placing an empty glass right side up in the center of the dish. Cook uncovered 6 minutes, rotating ¼ turn half way through cooking time. Drizzle catsup over top and cook 5 minutes longer, rotating ¼ turn half way through cooking time and let stand 5 minutes. Remove glass and spoon off drippings.
