Meat loaf delight

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds GROUND BEEF
1 teaspoon SALT
1 x ONION CHOPPED
2 xes DASHES OF PEPPER
1 x WELL BEATEN EGG
1 tablespoon MELTED BUTTER
½ cup TOMATO SOUP
½ cup BREAD CRUMBS
2 tablespoons FLOUR
⅓ cup CATSUP
2 tablespoons BROWN SUGAR
2 teaspoons MUSTARD

COMBINE GROUND BEEF, SALT, ONION, PEPPER, EGG, BUTTER, SOUP, BREAD CRUMBS, AND FLOUR. FORM INTO A LOAF SHAPE AND PLACE IN A SHALLOW BAKING DISH. ⅓ CUP CATSUP, 2 TABLESPOONS BROWN SUGAR AND 2 TEASPOONS MUSTARD. NOTE: BAKE ON A WIRE RACK COVERED WITH TIN FOIL SO GREASE CAN DRIP AWAY. BAKE AT 350 DEG F. FOR 1 HOUR. ADD TOPPING MADE FROM ⅓ CUP CATSUP, 2 TABLESPOONS BROWN SUGAR AND 2 TEASPOONS MUSTARD. BAKE FOR AN ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES.
