Meat loaf and lemon

Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Ground chuck |
| 3 | tablespoons | Butter, melted |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 2 | Lemons, juice and grated rind | |
| 2 | cups | Bread crumbs |
| 2 | Eggs, lightly beaten | |
| 1½ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | Lemon, sliced paper thin | |
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix them well. Pack the mixture into a 9 x 5 in loaf pan. Bake the meat loaf uncover, at 350° for 1½ hours. For the final 10 minutes of cooking, garnish the meat loaf with the lemon slices. Spray the loaf pan.
