Mc kidney bean spread

| 1 | clove | Garlic |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cumin seeds |
| ½ | teaspoon | Tobasco sauce |
| ½ | tablespoon | Cider vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Water |
| 2 | tablespoons | Fresh cilantro or parsley |
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
