Mc spicy bean spread

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Cooked and drained kidney or pintos, or 1 can, rinsed and drained
½ \N Yellow onion; chopped
1 \N Tomato; chopped
1 clove Garlic
1 tablespoon Soy sauce; low sodium
½ tablespoon Chili powder
½ tablespoon Cumin
½ teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Oregano
