Marinating flank steak

Measure Ingredient
2½ pounds Flank steak
2 \N Jalapeno peppers,; chopped
1 \N Onion,; chopped
4 \N Garlic cloves,; crushed
2 \N Tomatoes,; chopped
1 small Bunch cilantro
2 \N Lemons, peeled,; white pith removed
2 \N Limes, peeled,; white pith removed
\N \N Olive oil
\N \N Black pepper

Place steak in a nonreactive dish. In a blender puree remaining ingredients until smooth, pour over steak and turn several times to coat with marinade.

Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.

Yield: about 6 servings
