Marinated carrot salad (m_c-tx)

Ingredients

| 2 | packs | Carrots |
| 1 | large | Onion |
| 1 | large | Bell pepper |
| 1 | can | Concentrated tomato soup |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| ½ | cup | Vinegar |
| ½ | cup | Wesson oil |
Directions
Cube, salt and cook carrots until tender. Drain and add onion and bell pepper. Bring to a boil: tomato soup, sugar, vinegar and Wesson oil. Pour this mixture over the carrots, onions and bell peppers. Refrigerate. This will keep for several days.
