Mango-ginger dressing

Measure Ingredient
2 mediums Mangos; peeled and seeded
1 medium Lime; zest and juice
3 tablespoons Crystal ginger; finely minced
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Fresh ginger; grated
1 teaspoon Cumin; ground
⅔ cup *mayonnaise; yogurt or lite sour
\N \N ; cream
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste; (For a little extra
\N \N ; kick, try adding a
\N \N ; few red pepper
\N \N ; flakes or a pinch
\N \N ; of cayenne pepper.)

Place all of the above ingredients in a food processor and process until very smooth. Chill well.

*You may combine ⅓ cup Best Foods Mayonnaise and ⅓ cup lite or nonfat sour cream.
