Ginger sesame soy dressing

¼cupCooking mirin (rice wine)

1ounceShredded fresh ginger
1ounceSliced onion
1ounceSliced celery
1ounceShredded carrot
1dashSesame oil
2tablespoonsUnsalted butter

Directions

Combine all ingredients except butter in saucepan. Boil for about 10 to 15 minutes to reduce the sauce, or until ⅔ cup of sauce remains.

Add butter, stirring until melted.
