Ginger sesame soy dressing

Ingredients

1 | ounce | Shredded fresh ginger |
1 | ounce | Sliced onion |
1 | ounce | Sliced celery |
1 | ounce | Shredded carrot |
1 | dash | Sesame oil |
2 | tablespoons | Unsalted butter |
Directions

Combine all ingredients except butter in saucepan. Boil for about 10 to 15 minutes to reduce the sauce, or until ⅔ cup of sauce remains.
Add butter, stirring until melted.
