Directions

In a large pot cover spareribs with water, add salt and simmer for four hours. Clean luau leaves, in separate pot, cover leaves with water and simmer for 2 hours. When tender drain leaves and let stand. Add luau leaves to ribs 45 minutes before ribs are done. Serve hot.
