Tropic sun spareribs

Ingredients

4poundsSpareribs, or country-style pork ribs
3largesCloves garic, pressed
1largeCan (20-oz.) Dole crushed pineapple, undrained
1largeOnion
1Bottle (12-oz.) chili sauce
½cupBrown sugar, packed
1teaspoonGround giner
½teaspoonDry mustard

Directions

Rub ribs with garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange onion in large baking pan. Place ribs on top. Add ¼ cup water to pan.

Cover with foil. Bake in 350-degrre F. oven ½ hour. Combine remainig ingredients. Spoon over ribs. Bake, uncovered, one hour longer. S
