|4 larges||Bags frozen spinach|
|1 quart||Halfnhalf milk|
|¾ cup||Chopped onions|
|2 cans||Corn beef; (optional) (12|
|\N \N||; ounce)|
Cook the spinach and squeeze out all excess water. Cook corn beef and drain excess oils. Mix all ingredients over stove in large pot and stir constantly so milk does not burn. Should be ready in 1015 minutes. Serve with rice. Serves 10.
