Lipton recipe secrets spicy flank steak

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2½ pounds Flank Steak
¼ cup Olive or Vegetable Oil
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1 \N Env. Lipton Recipe Secrets
\N \N Fiesta Herb w/ Red Pepper
\N \N Soup Mix

With knife, score top of flank steak. In small bowl, blend Fiesta Herb Mix, oil and sugar. Brush ½ of the mixture on meat. Broil or grill, turning once and brushing with remaining mixture, until done.

Serve, if desired, with assorted grilled peppers and garnish with fresh rosemary.
