Lazy-day cranberry relish

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| 1 | cup | Orange juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Orange peel -- grated |
| 4 | cups | Cranberries fresh or frozen |
Directions
In a slow cooker, combine sugar, orange juice and peel; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add the cranberries. Cover and cook on low for 6 hr. Mash the mixture. Chill several hours or overnight. Yield: 10 to 12 servings. (3 cups)
