Very easy cranberry relish

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Bag (12 ounces) fresh cranberries
1 large Naval Orange, unpeeled
¾ cup Sugar, (depending on taste) (up to 1)
¼ cup Grand Marnier or Triple Sec, (an orange flavored liquor)

Chop the cranberries, (can be right out of the freezer) with the orange, (include the peel) until chopped fine. I do this in two batches. Add the sugar and the liquor, both actually to taste. That's it. Can be frozen or not as desired.

This is also very good in lieu of pineapples for a basic upside down cake.
