Layered mediterranean dip

Yield: 10 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N 15.5 oz cans black beans; (rinsed & drained),
\N \N ; mashed
½ cup Chopped tomato
½ cup Chopped cucumber
⅓ cup Sliced ripe olives
¼ cup Chopped green onions
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
1 \N 4 oz pkg tomato-basil feta cheese; crumbled

Spread beans in a shallow 9-inch dish. Combine tomato and next five ingredients and toss gently. Sprinkle tomato mixture over beans. Top with crumbled feta cheese. Cover and chill thoroughly.
