Mediterranean feta dip

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Vegetable Soup Mix
1 \N Container sour cream; (16 ounces)
4 ounces Feta or blue cheese; crumbled
½ cup Seeded diced cucumber
2 tablespoons Chopped red onion
½ teaspoon Dried oregano leaves; crushed (optional)

In medium bowl, thoroughly blend all ingredients; cover and chill. Makes about 21/2 cups dip Dipper Suggestions: Serve with assorted fresh vegetables, pita bread triangles and pitted ripe olives.
