| 4 | ounces | Feta or blue cheese; crumbled |
| ½ | cup | Seeded diced cucumber |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped red onion |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dried oregano leaves; crushed (optional) |
Directions
In medium bowl, thoroughly blend all ingredients; cover and chill. Makes about 21/2 cups dip Dipper Suggestions: Serve with assorted fresh vegetables, pita bread triangles and pitted ripe olives.
