1 tablespoon GRATED GINGER ROOT

COMBINE INGREDIENTS AND MIX THOROUGHLY. MARINATE FISH, MEAT, OR POULTRY FOR 1 HOUR OR MORE BEFORE COOKING. MAKES 1⅓ CUPS. PREP TIME 15 MINUTES.
