Lime and basil sorbet

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Lime juice (5-6 limes); strained
1 cup Water
1 cup Sugar syrup (see recipe)
12 \N Fresh basil leaves; chopped finely

Pour lime juice, water, and sugar syrup into ice cream cannister. Add chopped basil leaves. Freeze according to ice cream maker manufacturers directions.
