Lime and basil sorbet

| 1 | cup | Lime juice (5-6 limes); strained |
| 1 | cup | Water |
| 1 | cup | Sugar syrup (see recipe) |
| 12 | Fresh basil leaves; chopped finely | |
Directions
Pour lime juice, water, and sugar syrup into ice cream cannister. Add chopped basil leaves. Freeze according to ice cream maker manufacturers directions.
