Kit anderson's bad attitude barbecue sauce

Measure Ingredient
28 ounces Catsup
6 \N Chipotle pepper; canned, chopped fine
¼ \N Medium onions; chopped fine
¼ cup Cider vinegar
12 ounces Beer; amber (like Pete's Wicked Amber)
2 tablespoons Chili powder
4 \N Cloves garlic; minced
2 tablespoons Prepared mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Ground coriander
1 teaspoon Cocoa
¼ cup Bourbon
\N \N Juice of 1/2 lime
\N \N Fresh black pepper to taste

Bring all ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until thick.
