Jan's jello dessert

Measure Ingredient
1 REGULAR-SIZED PKG. SUGAR-FREE JELLO; (ANY FLAVOR - THOUGH STRAWBERRY IS VERY GOOD!)
1 CONTAINER FAT-FREE COOL WHIP; THAWED
1 can CRUSHED PINEAPPLE (PACKED IN OWN FRUIT JUICE; NO SUGAR ADDED), DRAINED
1 FAT-FREE ANGEL FOOD CAKE

MIX JELLO ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. REFRIGERATE UNTIL FIRM. IN BIG BOWL, BREAK UP JELLO INTO BITE-SIZED PIECES. ADD DRAINED PINEAPPLE AND COOL WHIP. MIX WELL. SPOON OVER SLICES OF ANGEL FOOD CAKE.

VARIATION: TRY SUBSTITUTING OTHE FRUITS FOR THE PINEAPPLE, SUCH AS CRUSHED STRAWBERRIES (WITH ARTIFICIAL SWEETNER), ETC. ALSO, VARY FLAVORS OF SUGAR-FREE JELLO TO COMPLIMENT YOUR FRUIT CHOICES.
