Ribbon jello

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Envelopes gelatin
2 cups Milk
1 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 pint Sour cream (or 2 cups)
4 smalls Packages jello (lime; strawberry, orange & lemon)

Soften gelatin in ½ cup cold water and set aside. Bring milk and sugar to boil. Add gelatin; stir until dissolved. Cool. Add vanilla and sour cream, beat well with mixer. Set bowl in bowl of warm water to keep soft. Mix 1 package of jello with 1½ cups of boiling water. Let set in square pan.

Lime on bottom. Add 1 cup of sour cream mixture and let set. Continue with each package of jello, end with sour cream mixture on top.
