cupBalsamic vinegar OR red wine vinegar
¼cupHoney
2teaspoonsDijon mustard
1Clove garlic; minced
1teaspoonDry Italian seasoning
¼teaspoonSalt and pepper
1tablespoonOlive oil

Directions

In blender or food processor, combine apricots, vinegar, honey, mustard, garlic and seasonings; blend until smooth. With motor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil until combined. Makes 1 cup.
