Mustard-honey vinaigrette

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons Honey
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 \N Cloves garlic peeled and minced
¾ cup Vegetable oil

Whisk together vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, pepper, Tabasco and garlic. Whisk in oil. (Can be made 1 day ahead of use.)
