Hominy-chili casserole

Ingredients

| 15 | ounces | Chili with beans |
| 1 | can | Sliced ripe olives --drained and divided --2.2-ounce can |
| 1 | small | Onion; finely chopped |
| 15½ | ounce | Golden hominy; drained |
| 1 | cup | Shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
Directions
Combine chili and half of olives; spoon into a lightly greased 1½-quart casserole. Top with onion and hominy, and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and remaining olives; bake an additional 5 minutes.
Yield: 4 servings.
