Hominy-chili casserole

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
15 ounces Chili with beans
1 can Sliced ripe olives --drained and divided --2.2-ounce can
1 small Onion; finely chopped
15½ ounce Golden hominy; drained
1 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Combine chili and half of olives; spoon into a lightly greased 1½-quart casserole. Top with onion and hominy, and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.

Sprinkle with cheese and remaining olives; bake an additional 5 minutes.

Yield: 4 servings.
