|1 can||(14.5-oz) white hominy|
|1 can||(14.5-oz) yellow hominy|
|1 can||Tomatoes with green chiles (Rotel)|
|2 pounds||Ground beef|
|1||Bell pepper; chopped, optional|
Combine all ingredients except cheese. Cook in skillet until done. Place in oblong or square oven-proof pan & top with grated cheese. Cook at 350 until cheese is melted.
