Measure | Ingredient |

1 can | (14.5-oz) white hominy |
1 can | (14.5-oz) yellow hominy |
1 can | Tomatoes with green chiles (Rotel) |
2 pounds | Ground beef |
1 \N | Onion; chopped |
1 \N | Bell pepper; chopped, optional |
\N \N | Grated cheese |
Combine all ingredients except cheese. Cook in skillet until done. Place in oblong or square oven-proof pan & top with grated cheese. Cook at 350 until cheese is melted.
