Ingredients

| 1 | can | (14.5-oz) white hominy |
| 1 | can | (14.5-oz) yellow hominy |
| 1 | can | Tomatoes with green chiles (Rotel) |
| 2 | pounds | Ground beef |
| 1 | Onion; chopped | |
| 1 | Bell pepper; chopped, optional | |
| Grated cheese | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except cheese. Cook in skillet until done. Place in oblong or square oven-proof pan & top with grated cheese. Cook at 350 until cheese is melted.
