Homemade kiwi wine

Measure Ingredient
75 Ripe kiwi
2 pounds Red grapes, frozen
12 ounces 100% grape concentrate
10 pounds Sugar
2 packs Yeast

I just had my first taste (after the first racking) of my wine Its really good.Heres the recipe

peel kiwi, mash with thawed grapes, put sugar into carboy, dissolve completly, add mashed fruit, grape concentrate, water (appx 4 gallons) and yeast. ferment as usual. this is just the first racking taste and I added 5 more pounds sugar as I like a sweet wine Posted to TNT - Prodigy's Recipe Exchange Newsletter by JBrown1958@... on Jul 10, 1997
