Kiwifruit daiquiri

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Kiwifruit, pared and sliced
3 teaspoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Lime juice
2 ounces Rum
1 drop Green food coloring (opt)
8 \N Ice cubes, crushed
2 slices Kiwifruit

From the California Kiwifruit Commission.

Blend all ingredients except kiwifruit slices in a blender until smooth. Serve in stemmed glasses. Garnish edge of each glass with kiwifruit slice. Makes 2 servings.
