Homemade fudge sauce

1 | cup | Dutch processed unsweetened cocoa powder |
½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
1 | cup | Heavy cream |
½ | cup | Milk |
¼ | cup | Hazlenut or other nut flavored liqueur |
½ | cup | Butter, cut in eight pieces |
2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
Directions
MAKES: 3 CUPS
Mix together sugar, cocoa, and cinnamon in large heavy bottomed saucepan until no lumps remain. Add cream, milk , and liqueur and stir until smooth. Bring to a boil; boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, cool 15 minutes, stir in butter until melted. Stir in vanilla. Cool to room temperature.
