Hot chocolate fudge sauce

Ingredients

| 6 | ounces | Soft tofu |
| ¾ | cup | Rice or soy milk |
| 1 | pinch | Salt |
| 6 | tablespoons | Cocoa powder; preferably Dutch |
| ½ | cup | Sugar; (plus 2 tbsp) |
| 2 | ounces | Semi-sweet chocolate; finely chopped |
Directions
In a blender, combine tofu and rice milk and blend until creamy. Add salt, cocoa, and sugar, and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, until hot, but not boiling.
